PEOPLE WITH MOBILITY IMPAIRMENT 

Subject to availability, the theatre provides for all the performances:

• 3 seats in the stalls (2 seats in case of reduced capacity) for people with mobility impairment who use wheelchairs with accompanying person. 
• 1 seat in the stalls for people with walking difficulties, with a possible accompanying person.

On the first day of sale of each show  (https://www.teatroallascala.org/it/stagione/biglietteria/biglietti/calendario-apertura-vendite.html), ticket reservations for people with mobility impairment who use wheelchairs or for people with walking difficulties must be made exclusively through the dedicated service at the number +39 02 8879 6112, active from Monday to Saturday from 12pm to 6pm.

The audience with mobility impairment must send appropriate documentation attesting to the declared percentage of disability and specify if they are equipped with a wheelchair.

Ticket prices for people with mobility impairment and with 100% disability: Opera € 80 / Ballet € 60 / Symphony € 50 / Singing Recital € 20 / Piano Recital € 50 / Extraordinary Concerts € 50 / Inaugural Evening of 7 December € 250 / Great Shows for Little Ones € 1. An accompanying person is entitled to a complimentary ticket.

Access to the stalls is facilitated by appropriate ramps.

The bathroom for people with mobility impairment who use wheelchairs is located on the ground floor and it is accessible from the foyer of the stalls.
For accessibility and safety reasons, wheelchairs cannot access box and gallery areas.

PEOPLE WITH VISUAL IMPAIRMENT

Subject to availability, the theater provides for all the performances:

• 4 free seats in the gallery box for people with visual impairment managed in collaboration and with the mediation of the Italian Union of the Blind (Milan Office, Via Mozart, 16 - 20122 Milan, Tel. +3902783000))
