Following the cancellation of yesterday night's concert, tickets purchased online will be refunded directly and automatically to the card used to purchase them online. For tickets purchased at the box office, refund must be requested by 10 December 2024 bringing the original and intact paper tickets back to the Ticket Office and sending by email to [email protected] the bank details for the refund transfer (IBAN/SWIFT, Bank name and current account holder name).
