"Unveiling Inspiration": Pinterest and La Scala tell the Premiere in images

Being on social media has been a constant feature of Teatro alla Scala's communication strategy in recent years. News about the programme, insights into the titles, images from rehearsals and backstage and recollections of La Scala’s tradition have led the Theater's channels to reach 441,500 followers on Facebook, 357,000 on Instagram and 307,000 on Twitter, while TikTok channel has been open for two years now.

On the occasion of the Don Carlo’s Under30 Preview and of 7 December 2023, the Theater started a new project with Pinterest, the platform dedicated to sharing images.

Unveiling inspiration” will offer Pinterest users an immersive experience of the Opening Night of the Teatro alla Scala. Through a series of videos on the platform, Pinterest will offer art lovers around the world the opportunity to take a behind-the-scenes look at the making of one of the most iconic cultural moments of the year: the Premiere. All the contents will be published on the Pinterest profile of the Teatro alla Scala, in collaboration with the Creator Valentina Raso and will be shown in the Daily inspiration Tab of the platform throughout Europe. This new series featuring Teatro alla Scala demonstrates Pinterest's ongoing commitment to bringing extraordinary content to the more than 480 million users who turn to the platform for inspiration every month.
