Johann Sebastian Bach wrote the "Coffee Cantata" in 1734, a profane and humorous work, whose protagonist is willing to give up everything except a good coffee. It is even said that Beethoven personally counted the sixty beans needed to prepare each cup, so that his coffee always had the same aromatic intensity. There are numerous anecdotes that link coffee to music, from classical to the Neapolitan tradition.
