Docufilm "La forza del destino"

The docufilm La forza del destino, the first documentary-event produced as part of a new cooperation agreement between RAI Documentari and France Télévisions, unveils the behind-the-scenes of the production that inaugurated the 2024/25 Season at Teatro alla Scala.

To offer us this unique perspective, the award-winning director Anissa Bonnefont and her crew followed artists, staff, and the audience for months during the preparation stages of the production, providing a testimony of the furnace of talent, passion, and pressure that is La Scala. Week after week, the camera captures the work of Riccardo Chailly, Alberto Malazzi, Leo Muscato, Federica Parolini, Silvia Aymonino, and stars Anna Netrebko, Brian Jagde, and Ludovic Tézier, as well as set designers, seamstresses, stagehands, and technicians.

The docufilm will be presented with a special one-time screening on Monday, 20 October, at La Scala.
