La Scala in streaming

Teatro alla Scala invites you to follow a series of concerts and events that will be broadcast in free streaming (for 7 days after publishing) on our website, Facebook and YouTube channels. Two voice recitals, three children concerts and a special masterclass to experience the magic of theatre safely from your home. 

Monday 14 December, 8pm CET: the astonishing soprano Sabine Devieilhe and pianist Alexandre Tharaud perform selected chansons by Ravel, Debussy, Poulenc and Fauré.

Monday 21 December, 8pm CET: our new Ballet Director, Manuel Legris, rehearses in masterclass Nureyev's Pas de deux from The Nutcracker with some couples of our dancers.

Friday 25 December, 11am CET: Christmas morning with our first children concert, featuring Prokof'ev's Peter and the Wolf alongside Mozart's Concert for clarinet.

Friday 1 January, 11am CET: celebrate the new year with your family on the notes of Saint-Saëns's The Carnival of the Animals and Mozart's Eine kleine Nachtmusik.

Monday 4 January, 8pm CET: baritone Markus Werba returns to La Scala after his many successes for a Lieder-evening with pianist James Bailieu.

Wednesday 6 January, 11am CET: last of the three children concerts to close the holiday period on Epiphany with Poulenc's music fairy tale Babar and Mozart's Symphony No. 29.
