Due to a sudden illness, Riccardo Chailly is forced to withdraw from his concerts with the Wiener Philharmoniker (17, 18, 19 June in Wien and 20 June at Teatro alla Scala). The concerts will be conducted by Philippe Jordan, with a partial change in the first half of the program where we will listen to Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s Symphony No. 39 K 543, while Richard Strauss’ Ein Heldenleben completes the second part as already scheduled.
