The Teatro alla Scala Foundation owns all rights relating to data, images, texts and any other information contained in the files. The copyright and industrial property rights relating to the material may also belong to parties other than the Foundation or be owned jointly with the Foundation itself.

The Foundation expressly prohibits the reproduction of any protected material contained in its application, except for that established below.

Authorised use

The use of the protected material is authorised for non commercial education purposes such as: teaching  in general, teaching in schools, research, critical appraisal and press reporting. Unless specified otherwise, users wishing to download or print texts and/or images from this application for the purposes specified above are authorised to do so. The user must in any case specify the author and source of the downloaded material. The reference must include (©TeatroallaScala). In downloading, printing or otherwise using the texts and images of the Foundation’s application, the user acknowledges and undertakes to limit the use of said material to the above described purposes and not to breach the rights of the Foundation or other interested parties.

Commercial use is prohibited

Unauthorised publications, or the commercial use of the Foundation’s files are expressly prohibited. Anyone wishing to use the files or images for commercial uses, publications or other unauthorised purposes must request and receive the written permission of the Foundation’s Superintendence. Authorisation will be granted on a case by case basis at the Foundation’s discretion. A fee may be requested depending on the nature and type of use requested.
