Rules to access the Theatre 2021

Please read carefully the following House Rules, updated in accordance with the Regulation for prevention of the Covid-19 epidemiological emergency.
The seats are assigned and named. Access to the Theatre will be possible after the presentation of the Green Pass Covid-19 certification of vaccination or recovery (except for children under the age of 12) or an appropriate medical certification issued in accordance with the criteria defined by the circular letter of the Ministry of Health justifying exemption or exclusion from the vaccination campaign, and an identity document, following the doors and routes indicated and specific for each category of ticket. Before accessing the Theatre, the body temperature will be measured through thermal scanners and the access will not be allowed if it is higher than 37.5°C (the body temperature is instantaneous and not subject to registration); in this last case there is no refund of the ticket.

 

In the Theatre every audience member is required to:

  • present Green Pass Covid-19 certification of vaccination or recovery, or an appropriate medical certification issued in accordance with the criteria defined by the circular letter of the Ministry of Health justifying exemption or exclusion from the vaccination campaign, and an identity document
  • Covid-19 Green Pass certification (except for children under the age of 12) and ID,
  • avoid gatherings and follow the indications of the separate routes for entrance, exit and for each movement in the Theatre;
  • wear the health mask (it is mandatory to wear ffp2 type) during all the time of stay in the Theatre;
  • respect the allocation of the seats and the position of the chairs inside the boxes;
  • use hand hygiene products, available at the entrance and on each floor.

The House staff is available for assistance in the Theater.
