Notice for the foundation and maintenance of the association of suppliers for use by the procurement department of the Fondazione Teatro alla Scala
In accordance with Article 125 of Legislative Decree 163/2006 and its successive modifications and additions, in order to complete procedures for allocating the contractual supply of goods, services and labour to independent contractors, the Fondazione Teatro alla Scala will establish a Suppliers’ Association for use by the Fondazione’s Procurement Department.
