Authorised Sales Agents

The list of authorised sales agents is available on the website www.vivaticket.it.

Please note: Seats within every box have different prices according to visibility; this can be checked in the special photographic views available on the La Scala website.

Tickets booked and paid for up to 15 working days before the performance requested will be mailed to the address indicated on the booking form.

Tickets not mailed (or returned due to delivery failure) can be collected up until the day before the performance at the Central Box Office - Duomo, or on the day of the show at the Evening Box Office Teatro, from 2 hours before the performance. The receipt of seats booked at an authorised sales agent must be shown at the Box Office.

Tickets purchased at an authorised sales agent will be charged a 20% advance sales fee by the Booking Service.
