Automatic Telephone Booking
Booking on +39 02.860.775 from a telephone or a mobile phone with keyboard (please check that it is enabled for the touch tone option).
Tickets will be allotted automatically on a "best seat" bastis in the selected seating area and price category requested. Seats are allocated according to the price range: if two or more seats of identical prices are not available in the same box, the seats will be allotted in different boxes.
Tickets purchased will be charged a 20% advance sales fee by the booking service.
The booking must be confirmed with 96 hours from the booking through payment:
1. Payment by credit card:
The following documents must be faxed to +39 02.861.778 within 96 hours of booking:
- telephonic booking form duly filled in. Or alternatively, a document mentioning the date, time and title of the performance, seating area and number of seats requested, booking number allocated by the system, full name, address and telephone number/fax/email of the purchaser
- legible photocopy of the purchaser’s proof of identity
- legible photocopy of both sides of the credit card with a signature authorising payment together with the number of the card and its expiry date (clearly re-written).
2. Payment by bank draft
The following documents must be mailed to Teatro alla Scala - Ufficio Biglietteria - SAPT - Galleria del Sagrato, Piazza del Duomo, Stazione Metropolitana Duomo, 20121 Milano, Italia, by recorded post within 96 hours of booking (postmark):
- bank draft (cheques drawn on a post office account excluded)
- telephonic booking form duly filled in. Or alternatively, a document mentioning the date, time and title of the performance, seating area and number of seats required, booking number allocated by the system, full name and address, and telephone number/fax/ email of the purchaser
- legible photocopy of the purchaser’s proof of identity
Tickets Delivery
Tickets booked and paid for will be mailed to the address indicated on the booking form. Tickets not mailed (or returned due to delivery failure) can be collected:
- up until the day before the show at the Central Box Office-Duomo
- the day of the performance at the Evening Box Office-Teatro, from 1 hour before the performance.
