Booking on the "Season" section of the website or directly on the general online booking page.

Tickets will be allotted automatically on a “best seat” basis in the selected seating area and price category requested. Seats are allocated according to the price range: if two or more seats of identical prices are not available in the same box, the seats will be allotted in different boxes.

Tickets purchased will be charged a 20% advance sales fee by the Booking Service.

Payment of the booking

The booking must be confirmed as indicated on the receipt via payment by:

• credit card directly on the website
  
• debit card at a Banca Intesa cash dispenser.

In both cases the transaction code allocated by the system has to be quoted. Should the payment fail to be performed within the terms indicated on the receipt, the booking will be cancelled. No other forms of payment will be accepted.

Tickets delivery

Tickets purchased and paid up to 15 working days before the performance will be mailed to the address indicated on the booking form. Tickets that have not been mailed can be collected:

• from the day following the booking up until the day before the performance at the Central Box Office-Duomo
  
• on the day of the performance at the Evening Box Office-Teatro, from one hour before the start of the performance.

Tickets not mailed due to a delivery failure can be collected at the Evening Box Office from one hour before the start of the performanc
