- Young people, Students and the ElderlyYoung people aged 18, students under 26 and senior citizens over 65, are entitled to purchase discounted tickets, as shown in the tables in this programme, only for stalls or boxes seats. Theatre Staff may ask to see proof of entitlement to special rates. If the personal data do not correspond to the requirements for price reductions, Theatre Staff will prevent access to the performance and will invite the patron to have his/her ticket substituted with one at the full price, under payment of the balance.
- Disabled PatronsFor every performance, the Theatre keeps three seats in the stalls (with a seat granted for guides) at the disposal of disabled public in wheelchairs, and one seat in the stalls (with a seat granted for guide) for patrons with severe disability or reduced mobility. The price of such seats corresponds to the cheapest seats in the galleries.

- WorkersThe Teatro alla Scala keeps a limited number of seats (stalls, boxes and gallery) at the disposal of the Consulta dei Lavoratori per la Promozione Culturale (Workers' Association for Cultural Promotion), during performances of the 2008/2009 Opera and Ballet Season (in accordance with the rules of the convention). Requests should be addressed by the workers associations.

- Cultural Promotion ServiceCouncil libraries, schools and groups of senior citizens of the Lombardy Region are entitled to concessions on tickets and subscriptions for the symphonic season and the song recitals. Tickets will be released only upon exhibition of the form supplied by the Cultural Promotion Service. For duplicates of lost tickets or subscription cards, fill in the relevant form at the Central Box Office.
