The fourth concert in the Sunday series aimed at family audiences will focus opera. I Solisti della Scala (the “Soloists of La Scala”) – three principals of the wind section of the Orchestra, accompanied by the pianist Philip Moll –, have chosen three transcriptions of well-known arias from famous operas.

Famous the Carmen Fantasy by Pablo de Sarasate; less-often performed but very stirring Hyacinte Klosé's Tema e Variazioni su “La Sonnambula” di Bellini and the Fantasia su “Rigoletto e La Traviata” di Verdi composed by Stefano Squarzina.
