Rules to access the Theatre

Please read carefully the following House Rules, updated in accordance with the Regione Lombardia Regulation n. 566 of 12 June 2020, regarding measures for prevention and management of the Covid-19 epidemiological emergency.
The purchase of tickets requires the name registration, already from the moment of the purchase, of each spectators of the performance.
Seats are assigned to keep the minimum distance of at least 1 meter between audience members in any direction. This measure does not apply between family members, cohabitants and people not subject to interpersonal distance restrictions (in accordance with the provisions in force, left to individual responsibility). In these cases, there is the possibility to seat next to each other, ensuring the distance of at least 1 meter between them and the other audience members.
 Access to the Theatre will be possible starting from 1 hour before the beginning of the performance, following the doors and routes indicated and specific for each category of ticket.
 Please note that, before accessing the Theatre, your body temperature will be measured through thermal scanners and access will not be allowed if it is higher than 37.5°C (the data of the body temperature is instantaneous and not subject to registration). Audience members will also be required to leave the house if, during the performance, they show symptoms of respiratory infection from Covid-19 (e.g. fever, cough, cold, conjunctivitis).
In case of necessity, two Infirmary areas are located in the entrance Foyer and in the Second Gallery.
 
In the Theatre every audience member is required to:

  • wear the health mask during all the time of stay in the Theatre;
  • respect the allocation of the seats, it is not allowed to seat in different seats even for free seats or for exchange seats, even in case of seats purchased together;
  • avoid gatherings;
  • maintain the distance of at least 1 meter from other people, with the exception of family members, cohabitants or people not subject to interpersonal distance restraints (left to individual responsibility);
  • follow the indications of the separate routes for entrance, exit and for each movement in the Theatre;
  • use hand hygiene products, available at the entrance and close to the stairs on each floor.

The House staff is available for information and assistance in the Theater.
