NOTES ON THE PERFORMANCE

A triptyque celebrating two masterpieces of choreography and presenting a new production. After more than ten years, Petite Mort by Jiří Kylián returns in its whole charm, with its flow of ensemble and pas de deux in tones varying from the lyrical to the more passionate. Another cult piece, Boléro, by another giant of XX-century choreography, Maurice Béjart, will be interpreted by Roberto Bolle for the first time. Finally, the Adagio of Mahler’s 10th Symphony (unfinished) will be staged for the first time by the internationally renowned choreographer Aszure Barton.
