Pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Italian Personal Data Protection Code), the Fondazione Teatro alla Scala wishes to inform you on the processing of your personal data.
1. Processing of personal data and its purposes
1.1. Processing refers to any operation (cancellation, registration, organization, conservation, use, communication, disclosure, erasure and destruction) applied to personal data carried out with or without the use of automated processes. We wish to inform you that the data you provide to us will be processed manually and/or digitally, according to criteria of lawfulness and fairness and fully protecting your rights and in particular your privacy.
1.2. Below we list the purposes for collecting, keeping and processing your data:
a) establishing relations with users, in particular in order to meet requests for information and assistance sent to us through various channels;
b) sending communications relative to new initiatives by the Teatro alla Scala;
c) performing statistical analyses;
d) providing the services proposed online;
e) sending the newsletter;
f) collection, storage and use of your personal data for administrative and accounting purposes and for sending commercial invoices by e-mail;
g) periodic sending of e-mail messages containing informational and promotional material and initiatives, as well as commercial communications, also in collaboration with partner companies specifically concerned with the aforementioned;

i) processing of the personal data provided by you and the data gathered from your navigation in the reserved area of our site (requiring login and password) to define your commercial profile;

1.3. We further inform you that, in addition to the data you explicitly give us, some data deriving from your navigation on the site of the Teatro alla Scala (hereinafter “site”) may be recorded. When you access the site, we may send you a "cookie". A cookie is a small file that our site may send your computer when our pages are displayed. Subject to your consent, the data supplied for the above purposes may be used for promotional and marketing purposes by the Data Controller and/or by cultural, humanitarian and charity organizations with which the Data Controller collaborates and/or maintains commercial partnerships for promotional purposes. In addition, again with your express consent, we may use your personal and site navigation data to determine your preferences and to improve the promotional offerings and services of the site as well as to carry out specific promotions.
 
5. Rights of the Subjects Concerned
You have the right to know at any time what your data are and how they are used. You also have the right to have them updated, integrated, rectified or erased, to request that they be blocked and to object to their processing. We remind you that these rights are protected by Section 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003.
You may exercise your rights under Section 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 by means of a specific communication mailed by post to Data Processor Via Filodrammatici 2, 20121 Milan, Italy.
