When can I renew a subscription?
If you are already a subscriber to the current Season, you will receive a personal letter presenting the 2018/2019 Season, along with the invitation to renew your subscription from 30 May 2018.
You have a right to first refusal on seats until 22nd July 2018 for the Symphonic Season and until 16th September 2018 for all the other packages.
From this date, the Theatre will no longer be able to guarantee confirmation of the seats occupied during the previous Season.
How can I renew a subscription?
You can renew your subscription as follows:
- at the Box Office, with the letter of renewal and payment in cash (for amounts of less than €2,990.00), or by credit card, debit card, banker’s draft or personal cheque;
- by fax (+39 02 861 768) or email, by sending a copy of the letter of renewal and the following documents:
- Payment by credit card: perfectly legible photocopy of both sides of the credit card, with its number and the expiry date clearly rewritten and signature authorising payment.
- Payment by bank transfer: receipt of the transfer made out to Fondazione Teatro alla Scala - Ufficio Biglietteria at Intesa Sanpaolo SpA, Via dell'Arte 21, 00144 Roma. Codice CAB 03390, ABI 03069, CIN E and IBAN IT60E0306903390100000000046.
Payment of the Season Ticket must be effected exclusively by the Ticket Holder.
Right of first refusal
Subscribers are guaranteed the right of first refusal on the seat occupied during the current Season, with a surcharge of 10% (strongly reduced with respect to the last seasons) on the cost of the subscription.
How do I receive my subscription?
If you renew your subscription at the Box Office, a card will be issued bearing the name of the subscriber for each seat and each type of package purchased. The card will allow you to attend all of the performances subscribed to. If you renew your subscription by fax or email, and not directly at the Box Office, the card(s) will be mailed to your address. Please be sure to check the date (shown on you card) as your seat is only available on that date.
