How can I subscribe?
From 30 May 2018 you can purchase your subscription online, at the Central Box Office or through a mail request to firstname.lastname@example.org, specifying the subscription package, and the type and number of seats you wish to acquire. The Subscription Service will contact you to confirm availability, and define the mode of payment and ticket collection. Libero UNDER30 Subscriptions can be purchased only online.
From 20 August 2018 the Box Offices are moved to Teatro alla Scala, Largo Ghiringhelli 20121 Milano.
Can I choose a seat?
Subscribers to the current Season have first refusal on new subscriptions. You can request and choose a maximum of six seats. The 4-, 5- and 6- boxes must be bought as a unit (not applicable to under-30s’ subscriptions).
How do I pay for the subscription?
Once you have reserved your subscription, payment can be made in the Biglietteria centrale (Central Box Office) in cash (for amounts of less than €2,990.00), by credit card, by banker’s draft, bank transfer or personal cheque. Online purchases can be paid for by credit card or through the home banking service of the Intesa Sanpaolo group. A 3%-commission will be charged for online purchases.
How do I receive my subscription?
If you do not purchase your subscription directly at the Box Office, it will be mailed to your address. A card will be issued bearing the name of the subscriber for each seat purchased. The card will allow you to attend all of the performances subscribed to. Please pay attention to the dates included in your subscription and verify the latest updates on cast and schedules online. No card is issued for the Libero UNDER30 package: tickets can be acquired only through the identification code that is sent by email.
How do I obtain a possible refund in the event of the performance being cancelled?
In the event of the cancellation of a performance, the amount will be refunded exclusively by bank transfer. For this reason, we require you to supply the Box Office with your bank details when subscribing to or renewing one of our packages. For administrative reasons, it is not possible to make refunds by banker’s draft.
